About Shopping with Pink Petticoat

DELIVERY COSTS
£1.95 flat-rate for CDs & Alterables. There is no postage to pay for 'Zip-Ki't Downloads.


INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS
May shop online only for 'Zip-Kit' Downloads. We don't accept cheques from overseas banks and don't post CDs internationally at this time.


UK SHOPPERS
All of our products & services are available for UK Shoppers. You may shop online or by post, and may buy CDs and 'Zip-Kit' Downloads & Alterables.


SHOPPING ONLINE
Shopping online at 'Pink Petticoat' is safe and easy.

Simply browse through our products and when you see something you'd like to buy, add it to your shopping basket. You may add and delete items from your basket as you look around.

Whilst you are shopping you will remain on our Web Site & on our server.

When you have finished shopping, simply press the 'checkout' button on your shopping basket and you will immediately be taken to a secure payment server for your payment to be processed.


ONLINE PAYMENTS
We use PayPal to process all our online payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with us.



We can accept all major International Credit Cards, UK Credit & Debit Cards as well as payments from your PayPal account.

Our payment processor, Paypal, does not share any other personal or financial details with us.


Delivery Information for Online Payments
CDs
When you have finished shopping and we have received your payment, you will receive two emails.

- a Receipt from our Payment Processor, PayPal for your payment AND
- Confirmation of your Order from 'Pink Petticoat'.


All CDs are posted using the Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery Service and will need to be signed for on delivery.
Please allow 3 working days for delivery of CDs.


‘Zip-Kit’ Downloads (including Commercial Use Licences)
Your 'Zip-Kits' are delivered to you as link(s) to a downloadable '.zip' file. Your link(s) are available to you in two ways

- online, immediately your payment has been processed and
- in an email, sent to the address you used when you make your payment.

The links to your Zip-Kits will be available to you for 24 hours. You may download them as often as you like during this time.


Buying 'Zip-Kits' & CDs in the same transaction.
Your Order Confirmation will details all of the items you purchase.
'Zip-Kits' will be available for you to download immediately.
Please allow 3 working days for online purchases for delivery of CDs to complete your order.



POSTAL PAYMENTS : CHEQUES/POSTAL ORDERS (UK BUYERS ONLY)
You may order and pay for both 'Zip-Kit' Downloads and CDs by posting your order and payment to us.

Delivery Information for Postal Payments
CDs & ‘Zip-Kit’ Downloads (including Commercial Use Licences)
We will let you know by email that your Order and Payment has arrived safely and when you may expect delivery of your CDs.

If you have ordered 'Zip-Kit' Downloads, they will be delivered to you as link(s) to a downloadable '.zip' file.
They will be emailed to the email address you specify on your Order Form.

Buying 'Zip-Kits' & CDs in the same order.
The email we send to you to confirm that your Order and Payment has arrived safely is your Order Confirmation. It will details all of the items you purchase.
Link(s) to download your 'Zip-Kits' will be sent by a separate, follow-up email and CDs will then be delivered by post to you to complete your Order.
Please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery of both 'Zip-Kits' and CDs.

FREE PRODUCT UPDATES
If we update a product after you have purchased it from us, we will automatically update your product for you.

Updates will be sent to you

- as a .zip file to download
- in an email to the email address you use when you pay for your item.

Updates apply to ALL products purchased from 'Pink Petticoat' from 1st February 2006.

Products from discontinued ranges, such as the 2005 Start-Up range, are not included. Updates do not apply when the price of a product changes.


Replacements for faulty items
We are happy to replace any faulty item for you. Please let us know within 24 hours.


Time to change your mind
Please be sure you are happy to keep any 'Zip-Kits' or Licences you may buy from 'Pink Petticoat' before you select to download the file(s), from either the online notice or your email notification.

We allow 7 days from the time your payment is made for you to change your mind about any 'Zip-Kit' or Licence purchase(s).Please let us know before this time if you have changed your mind and would prefer a refund.

If your original link(s) have expired before you make your decision to complete your purchase(s), we can replace them for you at any time during this 7-day period.

Once the file has been downloaded to your computer, you are deemed as being happy to complete your purchase.

Your privacy is very important to us and 'Pink Petticoat' will not, under any circumstances, share any of the details you give to us with anyone.
