Our CDs & 'Zip-Kit' Downloads and their contents are intended for personal and non-commercial use only and only the original purchaser has the right to use the product.

This means that you may not redistribute (including copying, sharing, lending, duplicating, re-selling) either the products or their content.

But we are an Angel Company and you may sell the Cards you create ...

OFFERING YOUR ITEMS FOR SALE
May I sell the cards I make?
Yes.
You may make Cards and other hand-crafted paper items, such as Envelopes, Gift Boxes & Bags etc with the items you've purchased from 'Pink Petticoat' and offer them for sale or donate them to a charity for them to offer for sale.

You may also use any of our Free Gifts on your items too.

You must personally create or handcraft every item you wish to sell. Items produced by any hired employees, paid or unpaid, for the purpose of profit are NOT allowed.

You may make and sell as many items as you wish. If you make something especially wonderful, consider sending us a photograph or sample. It's always lovely for us to see how our products are used.

Do I need to state that I have used 'Pink Petticoat' products?
No. We do not require any credit on the items you make.

May I create Card Toppers, Die-Cuts or other items for people to make their own cards, and offer them for sale?
No.

May I print out the items and sell them as printed A4 sheets?
No.

CRAFT CLASSES & CRAFT GROUPS
May I use the items I purchase in my Craft Group?
Yes, if the class or group is run for a charity.

If you wish to use them in a Craft Class or Group which is run for profit, please purchase each product you wish to use once for each member of your group.
